Andrea Hekrdlová graduated from the Secondary Medical School 5. května in Prague, specializing in General Nursing. She then pursued specialized studies at the Institute for Further Education of Healthcare Workers in Brno, specializing in Anesthesiology, Resuscitation, and Intensive Care.

After completing her studies, she worked as a nurse in the Internal Department at Thomayer Hospital in Prague. She then worked as a nurse at the Faculty Hospital of Královské Vinohrady in Prague, in the Metabolic Intensive Care Unit, Neurosurgery Intensive Care Unit, and Neurosurgery Operating Room. Subsequently, she worked as a sales representative in administration at Executive s.r.o.

Andrea Hekrdlová has been working as an outpatient nurse at the Eye Centre Prague since May 2020.
