Dear Chief Physician,
On behalf of our advisory team, I would like to sincerely thank you for your assistance to patients through uLékaře. Recently, we received a beautiful piece of feedback related to a question from 2019, in which a grateful mother shared her appreciation for your response.
The case involved a 2.5-month-old baby girl with a noticeable cloudiness in her eye. Thanks to your recommendation, the parents immediately sought specialized help.
Here is the letter from the mother:
"Hello, I would like to send feedback on your service. It's been almost four years. We want to thank you immensely because the chief physician's response motivated us to promptly arrange an appointment for our daughter at the children's hospital in Brno, where everything moved swiftly. Our daughter was diagnosed with retinoblastoma, a malignant tumor of the retina. Thanks to the quick response, our daughter was saved; she is healthy and doing well, although she cannot see in that one eye. Once again, we thank you very much."
Once again, many thanks for your kind approach, all your valuable and accurate responses, and the time you have devoted to us and our patients since you began working with us in 2016. To date, 113 individuals have expressed their gratitude and appreciation for your answers. :)
