Miroslava Sedláčková graduated from the Higher Vocational School and Secondary Medical School at Alšovo nábřeží in Prague, specializing in ophthalmic optics.

After completing her studies, she worked as an optician in a private optical practice. She later worked as a receptionist in a trading company.

Miroslava Sedláčková has been working at Oční centrum Praha as an outpatient nurse since September 2025.

In her free time, she enjoys historical fencing and theatre, likes spending time in nature, and rollerblading.
